Vacation Days
15 days of vacation for new hires.

Holidays
Employees receive 13 company-paid holidays, including a paid Fourth of July week shutdown, one designated floating holiday (if hired before September 1).

Paid Sick Days
Employees receive 10 paid sick days per calendar year for your own illness or to care for your sick child (including stepchild, foster child, grandchild), parent (including in-law or stepparent), sibling or grandparent, spouse or domestic partner. Sick days do not roll over but reset to 10 sick days each January 1.

Leave of Absence (LOA)
